Lebron better hope KD goes to LA. Dude’s beard is getting more gray game by game. Has to be shook that Lonzo is in their long term plans

Exactly. I don’t think KD is leaving. I’ve stated that.

I believe the best place for him is here. Could you imagine him going to knicks and they still suck. He could get slandered even more on now he’s an idiot for leaving rings on the table.

That KD interview had him looking real mad. Honestly seems like no one is with with Draymond on the issue.

The best place? Clips. He gets a real shot at beating the warriors by bringing another max guy w/him, and gets out of the Steph GSW shadow at the same time.

Yes this is what I hope happens and yes I'm a homer lol but it's also the line of thought that makes the most sense to me should he leave GSW. You leave w/the comfort getting another max guy to roll w/you, w/a billionaire owner and FO, in LA opposite of bron.

Watching GS fans turning into 2015/2016 OKC fans trying to convince themselves KD won’t leave is funny as ****.
I would hate for KD to leave, but I would understand if he does. If he feels like he has to "pave his own way", I understand that. All this **** is blown out of proportion though and everyone likes drama with top teams(ie Yankees, Patriots, etc.).

:lol the Clippers will always be the second team in LA.

 the Clippers will always be the second team in LA.

This is true. But there's a reason KD considered the Clips in 2016 and didn't give the Lakers a meeting. I don't think LBJ is changing that. TO ME, It's KD vs Bron, not LAC vs LAL. If it was truly about the latter, KD would have never considered the Clips. You also said the best place and the best place to satisfy what we at least *think* we know about KD is the Clips.

Again I am admitting Bias :lol

If he leaves, he leaves. He’s not the whole team.

And He's not, but if he goes to the Clippers or the Lakers he immediately creates a team that's probably better than GSW, or at least challenges GSW and GSW would be hard pressed to find competent talent to replace him. They likely are tied into Steph/Klay/Draymond with old vets and late first rd picks. That's FAR from a shoe in champion.

Who do you think would go to the clips with him?

I don't have a damn clue. Kawhi and Jimmy have both expressed interest in coming to the Clips this summer. Maybe one of them if **** goes south in Toronto or Philly?. I genuinely don't have any idea. I'm not even trying to sell the Clips as like the #1 option for KD,

All I'm saying is that the Clippers give KD a chance to come to LA compete for chip immediately with another max guy, without having to be in the shade of Bron or Steph and that it's a team he put in his top 3 already the last time he was a FA.

Lakers were a dysfunctional franchise in 2016. Can't compare managment then to now.

The only way KD signs with the Clippers is if Balmer agrees to move the team to Seattle and that isn’t happening so KD ain’t going to the Clippers :lol

I get that. They also didn't have LBJ either. They're a completely different organization and have already proved that by Landing bron. I'm not being condescending when I say that the Lakers are probably a real option for KD.

But the idea that KD would leave GSW to get out of Steph's shadow, to follow LBJ and be in his shadow is hard to grasp. But like I said, it's a different organization. EYE am not blowing the Lakers off.

He's not in Steph's shadow though except amongst Warriors fans. Half our fanbase hates LBJ anyway, I think KD would get even more love from Laker fans for that reason and in general from the casuals for ending GS's run. He'll be the best player and if he wins a chip will be finals MVP the rest will take care of itself especially since Bron and done **** in a Laker uniform unlike Steph.

I'm not betting on it happening. But this ***** is unpredictable as hell. Main thing is he leaves GS and the entire league will be better for it.

Do you honestly believe ANYONE believes KD isn't in steph's shadow? Really? The noise about the warriors and their core believing that they don't need KD to win is loud as it is. KD has won 2 FMVPs and still, as recently as last night people were talking about how much worse the Warriors look w/o Steph, despite KD being on the floor. That team is steph's. He may win the MVP this year. He knows it, steph knows it, everyone knows it and because of that, everyone in GSW is in Steph's shadow lol.

And I don't think it's a fanbase thing per say. I obviously don't know KD, but based on what he's said, he'd be in LBJ's shadow regardless of what the fanbase will say if he joins the Lakers. He'd literally be coming in 2nd to La after Lebron, after saying how much he hates coming in 2nd. Would be a total shift in ideology from KD but who knows.
