There’s a lot of egos on that team that put **** aside to win. They don’t want to look back and feel like AI, Melo, Webber etc etc. but if someone is gonna come through like Dray and **** up the flow. Idk he’s done some stupid things in the past but this not only was dumb but from what we hear he was acting like it was no big deal. Should just been a man and admitted he ****** up. Sounds like the exchange in the locker room wasn’t even just him and KD but the whole squad getting at his head for it. All players make mistakes but when they throw those mistakes at someone else and try to look clean it’s a bad look.

I think this is part of what the problems in the locker room are about. GS is frightened of KD leaving and potentially going to a competitor in conference. Everyone knows him coming to GS extended their championship window. Without him, GS becomes very beatable. If I'm the rest of the league, I go all out to recruit KD even if it's a longshot.
GS has alot financially riding him on staying with the franchise and I wouldn't be surprised if they have given him all of the Silicon Valley keys to stay. There's no way in hell they can justify those expensive *** tickets and stadium if they become just another regular contender and not the heavy favorite.

As much as it seems every who doesn’t live in the Bay would disagree, if Steph and Klay stay? Then they’re still the best team in the league. Won without Kevin and will again if he walks.
