I see both sides of it. Obviously I wouldn't want my team tying up that much money into someone of his caliber but the Kings aren't going to be able to spend that money really anywhere else most likely, they tend to struggle attracting/signing quality free agents.
I didn't watch a single Kings game post-Barnes trade so I can't really speak on his fit or what he does for them though.

He was really inconsistent with his production when he arrived to the Kings. Reminded me of his last year with the Warriors.
Would be nice for him to be a consistent player the Kings can utilize.

That Barnes contract is at least tradeable I think. 20+ ppg scorer. He's better than somebody like Wiggins for the price
