I'll put this right up there with Nick Young playing for the Lakers then the Warriors.
Lakers -- no expectations was able to clown around and no pressure of winning or the playoffs shots are easy.
Warriors -- Championship expectations, VERY high pressure of winning, getting exposed by missing shots that they bought you there for = out of the NBA, and posting on social media to get back in.

No playoff expectations in dallas at all -- not likely to see Hack a Jordan in a playoff game so it's all good.

He improved from 48% two years ago to 58% last season
