Is that the Moderator @soychulo saying that or NBA NT Famb @soychulo saying that? I’m only asking because I think folks’ reaction will be different but regardless no one wants a troll living in the thread so we all want to get to the bottom of this Duke situation.

I know a lot of this particularly situation can be attributed to my posts, but I mean no harm. Dead ***, I have zero social media because of my job and come here for all my NBA news, random discussions and general camaraderie so I hate seeing trolls ****ing it up and the derailing it.

I’ve been on NT for almost 18 years and this is the only thread I check daily. I only ever wear velvet or suede loafers these days so yambs get confused when they see me on “NikeTalk” but the content and participants of this thread are sacred to me so if someone ****s with it/them or ****s with me, I don’t take it lightly.

Let’s get this thread back on track, though.

Without devoting much more of anyone else's time to this folks are going to feel one way or another about topics, how they post about those topics, and even how others react to those posts. Not saying anyone was right or wrong, but when things get personal in nature a little tug on the reins is a good thing.

Whether members want to keep someone from getting into the club or not is secondary to the reason we come in the thread. The NBA thread is the best thread on NT. No doubt everyone is getting restless since there are nothing but a few meaningless games before the weekend's festivities. But those festivities are a celebration of the best sports league in the world, the NBA. That's why we come in here. Mod or fan or mod and fan.

Been to Maples and Red, wasn’t impressed honestly. I could never live there, feel like there’s not much to do.

Where is B Spot? Will go to next time. There’s an Italian spot in Chegrin Falls that is decent.

Also, OKC has a decently tough schedule left.

If you went to Maples I can't help you. Mables is on West 6th and is generally regarded as the best BBQ spot in the midwest. There's 4 B Spot locations, one by the airport in strongsville, near the mall, one near Beachwood, one in Lakewood and a 4th in Woodmere/Crocker Park. It's the best burger in the area and both owned by spots are owned by Michael Symon, the Iron Chef. We have a million Italian spots so you gotta hit me with a name, and a million may be keeping it light.

Several awards including Food Network's best hidden gems and best burger(B Spot) from The Art of Eating. That's just in recent months. I don't eat red meat aside from burgers more than a few time a year but if you feel like heading southward Bakers Cafe has the best steak I've ever had. Benders is great seafood. As for not having stuff to do it depends on your hobbies and knowing what's there. If you like clubs, the 9, Town Hall, and Up are fun, if you like dive bars Nick's is great, if you like touristy type stuff the Rock Hall, and Pro Football HOF are fun. It's all different strokes for different folks.

Haven't been to Brooklyn in some time maybe five or six years, not fair of me to say either way. Definitely, Cleveland is a city turning around.
