Real talk, PG got one of the prettiest games ever. Boy smooth as hell.

"Everybody is going crazy for Giannis [Antetokounmpo] and James [Harden]. Everybody I probably went up against -- and no disrespect to other teams, they're unbelievable -- Paul is the best that we probably went up against all year," Trail Blazers forward Evan Turner said. "He's at a completely different level. It's hard to even explain."

Portland All-Star guard Damian Lillard offered a similar take on George.

"He's on a different level," Lillard said. "After watching him over the last 10 games or so -- I catch a lot of their games, and then seeing him tonight -- that dude is MVP. If they keep this up, he's MVP."

OKC as a small market team having 3 MVPs in one decade would be an incredible feat. Rooting for it just for that reason.

And they traded an MVP away.

Only thing working against PG is there’s no real narrative tied to him right now. He needs to drop 50 in his next televised game or go off in the ASG

The fact Silver found a loophole to put bum *** Dirk and bum *** dwade on the all star roster...and not d.rose when like 4 million voters voted for him...is appalling.
I don’t even understand the ALLSTAR setup anymore.
I thought after Captains and Starters, the rest were drafted up by the Captains. Then I thought, that doesn’t make sense because they could be partial to teammates, but then I’m told it is a draft.....I forget how it works, there is no East vs West on the court? And players are elected to the Roster and then Drafted to the 2 teams?

No East V West. Fans/Media vote for the starters. Leading vote getters from each conference are the captains. Coach still select the reserves. Captains pick between the starters and reserves

great white hope, you mean? he's a very good player, but there's definitely validity in that critique.
especially in a setting where the population is predominantly black
it's just the way some people are :smh:

Personally I don't see anything wrong with it.

It's how humans are wired. I felt the same way during Linsanity. In a sport dominated by a particular group...obviously fans belonging to one group may take to seeing one of their own flourish. And again...nothing wrong with it.

I peeped the narratives being built in the summertime with Luka...and I made a conscious effort to pull back early because I saw where it was going. At the end of the day....strip away all the ********...and son CAN hoop his *** off. The hype doesn't bother me. It's understood.

He's earning it.

Everybody who actually gets To see PG (not just boxscores) will come to this consensus by year end.
Impossible to watch him and not see a difference between the field. The way he’s moving to his spots with no hesitation just let’s you know he’s so confident with being able to produce a move that’s identical to the mere thought of making that move.

It reminds me of the breakout year Steph had when folks realized he was special....Stephs handle was so elite, you could see him making dribbles to set up his next few steps to move a defender from point A to B. It’s simple to explain but not so easy to understand.

PG, right now, has 0 holes in his game.
Zero.
The field will see by year end. Plus, OKC is within .5 game of Denver and 1 game within 1st
