He doesn’t get all of the credit but they’re in the mix for making the playoffs and that’s largely due to his improvement.
Go back and watch the GSW game at home or the win over where he shot like trash but was strapping PG13 up in the clutch.

This may be true, but you could also say if he hadn’t tried to trade the whole team for one of the clients they could’ve made the playoffs as well. Notice the team started really falling off as the trade rumors picked up.
Once you reach best in the league, Goat status, missing the playoffs isn’t acceptable.
Imagine if MJ would’ve missed the playoffs at the peak of his powers
