I'm not on the "trade Gary" train yet, but dude looks lost at the plate + very lackadaisical like onewearz has mentioned.

i agree dont get rid of him... just send him down to the minors let him practice his swing and gain his confidence back... a lot of these get into slumps look at didi the last month and judge had that 8ko day and stanton had a bad start to the season

Why not build a trade around Sanchez for a great starting pitcher ? Add some of the young guys and work a deal. Find a way to finesse the Mets for either DeGrom or Thor. Heck, give em Ellsbury, they're a team that likes to bring in talent past their prime.

besides our rooks, we need the rest of the team to hit at least .250, @ Hicks, Bird, Sanchez, Didi, Stanton all hitting .240 or lower; Yankees will always hammer bad pitching but when someones dealing, they need to get timely hits
