In all seriousness, I could see this happening. But moreso like this:

Hawks/Bulls/team with cap space takes on Ryno + picks from the Rockets
Rockets get a 20m TPE from Ryno and use that to acquire Lee and Thomas. Hell, they might even throw in a pick to get those guys off their books. That would recoup the pick we lost and also give them TPEs.
If I can think of something like this, Morey probably has a million more creative and more thoughtful scenarios. We'd still have the full MLE to work with as well.

Still very early in free agency though. It's literally like the 2nd day. I'm not really sure why everyone is writing off the Rockets because we lost Trevor Ariza and there's no replacement or trades to be made.
