This may be unpopular. Sign Bumgarner this offseason. It won’t be Jason Schmidt part 2. He’ll have a chip on his shoulder after the Giants letting him go, he’ll get October starts where he’s proven he has the cajones for it.

Dave Roberts was always a journeyman throughout his career. Dude was never great as a player, and was certainly never great as a manager prior to coming to LA.

Only reason he survived all these years was because of the Dodgers talent.
