Kershaw is trash. I knew he would get rocked in the first couple of innings. Playoff choker! Roberts should have went with Ryu - but I have a feeling it wasn’t his call.

Kershaw eventually settled in. 3 runs over 6 innings or whatever it was isn’t horrible by any means. But more is expected from a pitcher who is considered to be one of the best of his generation, regardless if that’s a fair expectation or not.
They need to get runs early tomorrow. Get to that bullpen early in the game and they’ll set up well.

3 runs over 6 innings isn’t bad. Could have been a lot worse. But it’s hard to fool guys when you’re throwing 91.

I get the thought process behind that. If they throw Sanchez and win, Max gets more rest and they got 2 chances to win 1 game with Max and Stras going for them.
Even if they lose, they still got their top guys on the mound the potential final 2 games. Ultimately the bats need to wake up though.

Belli deserves a ton of slander too. His playoff numbers are worse than Kersh's. At least Kersh has pitched a few gems. Belli barely batting .100

This is crazy I expected a rough night for sure, Strasburg when healthy is basically untouchable. He’s literally great at every kind of pitch.
