OFFICIAL 2018 FANTASY BASEBALL THREAD

Oh and Iglesias (at the expense of my Yanks) nailed down saves for me tonight.

Hernandez (shoulder) played light catch Monday without setbacks, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.

Spin: The 31-year-old thus continues on track to return to action sometime next week. Hernandez has been sidelined since exiting an April 25 start against the Tigers with what was subsequently diagnosed as bursitis, and he'll look to regain both power and command upon his return. In his five starts in 2017, Hernandez has posted a career-low 7.16 K/9 while also generating a 3.82 BB/9 that's the most bloated of his 12-plus major-league seasons.

Nola (back) will make a rehab start Wednesday with Triple-A Lehigh Valley, Meghan Montemurro of The News Journal reports.

Spin: The right-hander was expected to begin a rehab assignment this week, but the exact timing of everything did not become evident until now. There's speculation that this could be Nola's lone rehab start prior to rejoining the Phillies' rotation, but more news on that front should become evident once he clears this final hurdle on the road to a full recovery.

Oh has been money since the first couple weeks

Yeah I'm glad all I did was worry and not make a move to get rid of him :lol

What's with the Reds tho using Iglesias in the 8th and 9th most outings? Do they not have a SU man?

Raisel with another 2 out save :lol. At this point I'm not even worried about him getting them and am just enjoying the help with the ratios.

Nola will likely need two rehab starts before his return to the rotation. Not one as I posted yesterday ^ .

My dude Altherr :hat.

Only 20% owned in ESPN leagues. Grab him ASAP if he's still available in you guys' leagues.

Bellinger [emoji]128081[/emoji]

He's going to flourish this weekend in Colorado. Seager too
Yep :hat.

And if he wasn't gonna be already, he should stay in the bigs for the rest of the season. Andrew Toles is out with a torn ACL. That'll give Bellinger OF eligibility in a couple days too.

Good looking out my dude, been using it the past few days it's a great resource
Been using it for years and its helped me BIG TIME. Always great to know if the wind is blowing in or out the night before picking up a pitcher or hitter at Wrigley. When the weather gets into the 90's and the wind is blowing out at 20 MPH or more, the scores are usually 15-11 no matter who's pitching.

Someone dropped Thor, is he worth using a waiver on considering how long he's out? I currently have two pitchers occupying my DL slots, Happ and Matz, and now Maeda's hurt too.

Drop happ for Thor b. Cmon should t be a question.
Yeah just wasn't sure if you guys had any insight into if his injury was potentially season-ending. I did put in a claim, but one of the two teams ahead of me in waiver priority added him unfortunately.

Dropped Matt Bush last night to pick up Jose Berrios. Bush just hasn't been getting enough action and Berrios' upside is crazy.

Hopefully Berrios fixed the kinks in his mechanics which led to him tipping his pitches. If he ends up getting rocked tomorrow then Bush will still be on waivers so I can just re-claim him :lol.
