Yea these coaches promising these dudes the world and then when the next shiny prospect comes along they're forgotten about. Burning a year vs maybe never getting to play at all. And to tell the truth a lot of these kids are entitled which is understandable somewhat and don't want competition.

Speak for your own pos coach, Kirby tells these kids while recruiting them that he's gonna recruit someone better to take their job next year.
