Yea, Grimes wasn't drama at all.

Apparently Miami wasn't really crazy about Grimes then and wasn't going to make room for him now.

Wasnt talking about where he was going, was talking more about his attitude at camps and in interviews

If I'm a college I'm doing everything possible to get Chip and Helfrich back together. Although I'm sure Chip is done with college

Anyone have their ear to the ground regarding NCAA Football 2018? Is that going to actually happen or just speculation? And have y'all seen IMV CFB game that's being developing (I didn't know they were from Mobile, AL :nthat: till I was looking up info for NCAA Football 2018)? I don't even play video games anymore, and haven't since the last NCAA Football, but boy don't ya know, if it was out now, I'd be spending copious amounts of time in front of the TV.

BTW, F you Ed O'Bannon lol (not srs)

Osa Masina gets misdemeanor plea deal
Masina pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor charges of sexual battery. He was facing a potential life sentence and a life time on the sex offender registry. He faces up to a year in jail for each of these lesser counts. Sentencing is on December 5th.

The deal came after the judge ruled against the prosecution using certain testimony and evidence:

"The change comes in the wake of rulings by Judge Keith Kelly that state prosecutors felt hurt their chances for a conviction at trial. Specifically, Kelly had ruled against allowing prosecutors to present some expert testimony, a number of pornographic photos found on Masina’s cell phone and testimony from the victim’s ex-boyfriend regarding a Snapchat video he said showed Masina and the victim having sex without her knowing she was being filmed."

man, he got very lucky. I thought we;d see him in jail for the next 20.

Key loss for us. He'd be dominating right now, along side Cam. Never found his replacement.

think anyone gives him a shot?

A juco would. So would Bo Pelini (eww.) But that’s begging for trouble man. I don’t think he plays D1 ball and to be honest, any ball anywhere. If he goes to prison in the spring for three years, he’ll be 23-24 by the time he gets out and what school will let a convicted sex offender (even though he’ll avoid going on the registry) in?

yeah, i agree. I don't think he ever plays again. Sticky situation. Seems like he got off on some technicalities.

Throw him in the wasted talent pool.

The USC Trojan football team got a special treat this week, getting to try out the new Call of Duty World War II video game before it is released next month.

Dozens of players and some of the coaches, including head coach Clay Helton, sat down twelve at a time to face off in head-to-head team battles.

“It was a lot of fun,” Clay Helton said after his session. “You always try to create levity in the middle of season, and thank you to Call of Duty for coming out here and providing the kids with a great form of entertainment.

“I’ll tell you, a couple of the players shot me, I’m going to get them for it tomorrow. I think Uchenna got me one time and I don’t think I touched anybody. I left no wounds on anybody.”

Activision picked four collegiate programs to preview their newest Call of Duty title, Duke basketball, Kentucky basketball, USC football and next up will be Wisconsin football. So this was a really unique opportunity for the Trojan football players to take a break from football and school and bond with their teammates in a different way.

That's the new bagman loophole

Hook some random kids up with bags too and the NCAA won't be able to prove it's an impermissible benefit.

Well ****, I stand corrected. D1/P5 coaches have been calling Osa. I stand by what I said about it being uninamignable any athletic department would let him in at the end of the day, but still, ewww at the fact some coaches are even trying.

It's Osa's people who are advising him to go FCS or D2 if he avoids prison time, to keep a low profile.
