Talk starting to heat up that a key young player from Michigan may have to head back home to the west coast due to family matters...Devin Asiasi is the name most connected... Probably my favorite player from last year and he could already be gone...

He's already back in Cali.

Text from Winfield Sr. as son's decision overturned: "Feels like 1000 lbs has been lifted off him. Time to go back to work. God is good!!"
@WITNESSkb24  why didn't you guys pick him up last year?  From what I saw as a FR, he already seems like he's better than Webb.

From the people talking, he left to because he needed to be closer to the fam... Can't blame him if that's the case... He will miss this next season unless he is within 100 miles of home... SC is not that close.

tough to say two guys who haven't caught a pass is better than another kid. We'll see.

SJSU? So disrespectful!!

Different players, different styles.

Kaden smith would have played if he didn't tear his ACL senior year and he had 144 career receptions as a tight end in Texas.

Colby Parkinson...speaks for itself, completely different player but more highly rated.

I'll take what we got, Devin isn't getting into Stanford anyways. It's either SC or Cal for him if he decides to move on, with the wildcard CSM in there if he wants to go juco route.

really though? Thats not like the same thing to you? ESPN had KS #39 and DA #43. I mean, we're splitting hairs here.

Asiasi needs to lose some lb's though

I don't even think he's a tight end, the dude is a defensive end if I've ever seen one

Anyways... like I said he wouldn't play at SC or Stanford, he needs to go somewhere else.

Is SC gonna take him?

i can agree with this. When USC lost him, I actually wasn't too bummed because i thought he was too big.

i think USC would take him. But they have a sure fire guy already and they love Falo. Maybe UCLA? I thought he was a strong UCLA commit last year until the end. I could be wrong.

I rather wait and see what happens before saying that he's transferring. They still working on keeping him.

Hes in Cali and missing classes as we speak... Gunna have a couple hurdles to overcome IF he comes back

He's going to have to redshirt if he do return. Also there's a OL leaving as well, don't know who though
