blessing in disguise for Ole Miss. He's gonna be very ready right off the bat next season

Seattle fam, what's a good breakfast spot to eat at? And best steak house?

Lot of good places everywhere, some of my favorites depending what area you're looking to stay in

Close or in downtown?
Biscuit B.itch
Glo's
Fat's Chicken and Waffles

outside of downtown? Geraldine's in Columbia City

Steakhouses:
Met Grill
Morton's
Daniel's Broiler

Ah, right.

Well let's hope they don't reach bowl eligibility and it was all a big waste.
why?

A lot of Michigan fans still feel some type of way about Quan Treadwell's recruitment, and Hugh's whining about the satellite camps.

Personally I like OM.  New money programs and one that is a particular thorn on Bama's side is good for CFB as a whole.

Les Miles Is The Favorite To Coach Notre Dame Football In 2017 http://www.onefootdown.com/2016/11/...favorite-to-coach-notre-dame-football-in-2017
Is he getting a push from the old head boosters there?

Does Charlie keep his job if he wins out?  8-4 isnt exactly terrible for a year 3, but Im sure the push for Herman is strong there, and the Big XII is down this year.
he rhetoric coming out right now is that Notre Dame doesn't want the black eye of firing an paying ANOTHER coach, especially when there aren't any plausible hot candidates out there: Gamble on a G5 coach who may never win anything of worth (basically Brian Kelly all over) or gamble on a P5 coach who was just fired for peaking and sucking on one side of the ball year after year after year (basically Brian Kelly all over.)

There were some small rumors about Urban Meyer, but they don't make sense to me.

As for Texas, does it make sense to go out and hire Tom Herman, when his team may be 9-3/8-4 in a weaker conference than the one your previous head coach just went 8-4 in? There's also the question of whether Herman's personality will mesh with the boosters as HC.

With #17 North Carolina's loss to Duke today, the #17 curse has now been extended to 8 weeks.

The curse starts at Week 4 with the AP poll.

Week 4 - #17 Arkansas lost to #10 Texas A&M 45-24

Week 5 - #17 Michigan State lost to Indiana 24-21

Week 6 - #17 North Carolina lost to #25 Virginia Tech 34-3

Week 7 - #17 Virginia Tech lost to Syracuse 31-17

Week 8 - #17 Arkansas lost to #21 Auburn 56-3

Week 9 - #17 Utah lost to #4 Washington 31-24

The curse moves to the new official CFP poll at this point

Week 10- #17 Baylor lost to TCU 62-22

Week 11- #17 North Carolina lose to Duke 28-27

Week 12- ?

Fun fact: If you include the Coaches' poll, the streak includes ALL weeks of the season.

Week 1 - #17 USC lost to #1 Alabama 52-6

Week 2 - #17 Oklahoma State lost to Central Michigan 30-27

Week 3 - #17 Ole Miss lost to #1 Alabama 48-43

The Meyer ship sailed a long time ago at ND.  If he was still at UF there could be a chance, but he's already at one of the jobs he coveted.

I dont think Herman would have any problem with those boosters.  He's going to replace the black guy they never wanted, and I'm sure the time he spent under Meyer and Brown taught him how to placate that crowd.

Charlie's probably safe barring them losing all 3 games

That would mean dropping a game to Kansas

Where's Herman ending up then? Oregon?

Unless they can get Jimbo, I don't see LSU running off O either, or at least they shouldn't.

Malik Jefferson out for the day with another head injury... Seems like dude has had about 9 concussions already.

Not a good look.
