Obviously it was a night to not care about basketball.

Not giving up til were are elminated

I'm sure this will be quoted to no end since y'all are consistently on my mid section :lol

bruh i would love for russ to get finals mvp. omg.

although..if they face cavs..i'd prefer it be waiters lmaooo. part of my soul needs waiters to beat lebron in the ultimate ironic story arch.

do it mitch!
laugh.gif

damn you are savage for wanting that

Always funny I'm gone for a few hours and y'all act like I'm ghost :rollin :rollin

the same ones laughing now are gonna be the same ones who will KD a beta and russy a stat patting fake PG after we take this in 7 famb

that would be dope too.

I think I can speak for all of us.....once the lakers were eliminated, it doesn't matter even in the slightest who wins the championship...as long as lebron loses. I don't care if these teams attack and pillage each others village, long as mid june somebody outside of Ohio is hoisting that o'brien.

without a dog in the fight, I'm able to just enjoy basketball with no stress. It's pretty great. Although I miss that stress :(

Edit.

oh and screw drake too.

so it has to be a squad in the west. sorry canada.

Growing up as a MJ fan the thing that hurts the most if GSW lose is they broke that that record for nothing

That does annoy me as well for some reason :lol

so I'm reading about this historic run for OKC, and how it may be the greatest run in history...but if they fail to win a chip, after defeating 67 win spurs and 73 win dubs, will this run fall at the waist side also? So then is it safe to say that literally nothing matters besides chips?

so then...

Kobe>lebron.

:smokin

Well yeah but not because of just championships 8o

I mean it's not like you make it easy to ignore your posts in here :lol. Except when OKC is whipping that Dub ***...

Last night BD used hack-an-Ezili in a very smart way. After every timeout in the 2nd quarter he would hack him. But not anytime else. The reason wasn't us wanting to slow the pace down but because we were not going to let the Warriors run an offensive set out of a timeout to get Curry or Thompson going.
Sure you could run the play the next time down but that's a minute or two later and the defense is completely different match up wise because of our switching. I loved seeing BD pull that strategy out.

The 73 wins, plus the Spurs regular season, shows just how good OKC has become.

They're peaking at the right moment, kudos to them and A-Friend for his seemingly unwavering support.

I really hope the Warriors find themselves at home and force a game 6. Be like the Rockets that one year and just take one game at a time.

I grew up with the Bulls and lived in Chicago throughout the first 3-peat...the 72-10 was something I never thought would be broken, but the Dubs doing it doesn't bother me either way.

as a defensive coach i would tell the team, look, kd is going to get his. russ too. even if they drop 40 a piece, that's 80 points. However, Dion waiters is NOT going to beat us tonight. Roberson is NOT going to beat us tonight. Adams has been great, but we will make him work harder than he has ever worked.
I don't agree because a 40pt stat line from Westbrook or KD is never "40pts, 0rebs, 0asts, 0stls." If you gamble on "letting them get their's", it impacts more than scoring. Example of that, Westbrook scored 30pt+ a triple double because he was active on the boards and his guys made shots. Warriors would have more success trying to limit Westbrook. Notice how bad the 2nd unit struggles w/o Westbrook, and with KD heading it... Warriors need to fight for their lives Thurs, every rebound, every lose ball, contest every shot, contest the fastbreaks. Maximum effort on everything they can control. You can't control the basket going inside the hoop, but fight like hell while it's in the air. Small men chop down big trees every day. With that being said, this series is still over.
