I was impressed with the restraint and composure Russ showed at times tonight. There were a few times in the 3rd I saw him potentially turn into Bad Russ.. but he kept his composure. He'll have to maintain that kind of maturity if they expect to knock off the champs.

This one game doesn't change a ton in my mind, GS could beat them by 20 next game and the narrative will shift. One game at a time.

I played in And 1 style games with some of these dudes. I could probably still find the time when I Shamgod'ed Werm and he tried to play it off like he wasn't really playing D. He didn't really do anything impressive. Springs from Detroit is ridiculous though

springs was my homie. used to hoop with him at Joe D's all the time. Dude used to fly. Spyda used to come out too. My asian homie only like 5'11 an he has an 48" vert. dudes hops are stupid

Dude showed up at the YMCA for the open run tryout kind of thing, they had all been hanging out at the mall doing a signing then smoked in the van then came over. Literally, baggy jeans, long *** chain, lowtop woven Af1's and hoody and is just like "yo, ball!" and was doing between the legs, between the legs from the ft line, between the legs with 2 hands, between the legs over his head with 2 hands. **** made no sense. Hi Riza and Spyda was there too, Jonesey from this dunk contest also and Werm, plus the handler guys like Alimoe, AO, and of course Hot Sauce

The Warriors are something else, man.

The only thing I can compare them to is being out in the middle of the ocean with a fast approaching storm ahead of you. The waves just get progressively bigger and bigger, and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Your only option is to bolt everything down and try to weather it.

I think OKC is been playing the best team defense certainly of anyone left and probably the entire playoffs. That's what's keeping them in games even when they struggle from the field. Then the inevitable explosion from either Russ or KD comes. This is by far the best team GS has played during this ascent to dominance. They haven't lost b2b games all year so I expect them to win game 2, but trading wins with this team ends up in elimination now.

They also haven't had to play OKC in back to back games either so that haven't lost 2 in a row all year really doesn't apply here.
