I hate to say it but we might as well go ahead and crown Team USA/Warriors as 2016-2017 NBA Champions. No one can beat them in a 7 game series.

I don't see why not.

What does it say about the rest of the league if nobody can beat a team full of soft betas and chokers?

Is the Mavs talent out there that bad that Carlisle should be losing all these games? I haven't watched them at all this year

No Dirk. No bench.

Their best player right now is a negative both offensively and defensively even though he's scoring 20ppg.

Fell asleep before the Warriors game even started. Talk about seeing one of the top 2 teams in the west that serves as competition for the Warrior getting washed on their home court :lol

It's scary to see just how good this Warriors team is this year. Dare I say, they're better than last year. That defense is coming along as well. But no one seems to be talking about that.
Hopefully for their sake they are better than last year since its ring or bust

Their bench and interior defense ..... makes me hesitate to say they're already better than last year despite Durant coming

You can do that. The rest of us won't. That's the type of team someone makes history on come playoff time

That's what y'all said last season
Then

Happened

It took the cavs damn near perfect for 4 games to beat the warriors b. Im talking about bron having a legendary finals, kyrie going to God made, TT looking like a prime rodman, klove actually not being buns, etc then the warriors having curry coming back from injury, dray suspending for a pivotal g5, bogut out for the last 2 games, Kerr ******** the bed, etc. If the warriors lose again, I think similar things would have to happen.

****** was talking so much about how lucky the warriors got but virtually no one says that about the cavs lol

But indeed, that is why we play the games because you never truly know

It took Lebron purposefully walking over Draymond, then Draymond pushing him away in self defense, in which his hand just happened to get near the groin area. Then it took Lebron "I'm just a family man" James to publically complain about it right after the game.

Interior defense has gotten much better than how it was earlier in the year. Bench has been coming along as well. I won't say the years Warriors team is as deep as the previous years, but I think it's fair to say they're better than before.

I really like that rockets squad though..

I've seen this movie before. It's called the 2000's Mavs and Suns. Look them up, you're in for a very predictable ending :lol

It took Draymond being Draymond and a Steph Curry feeling himself too much behind the back pass out of bounds then ghosting

For the Cavs to repeat what happened last year the following would have to occur:

Kyrie needs to go into God mode
Kevin Love needs to become the defender he was during the last minute of game 7
Harrison Barnes needs to be on the Warriors again
LeBron James going to 40+ for 3 games
Draymond Green being out for a game
Curry playing hurt

I don't see it happening again, but anything is possible. It's way too early to call anything right now.

I think you're on to something here. The league needs to do something about Draymond constantly being attacked by other players' groins/faces/rear ends, forcing him to defend himself with punches/kicks.

That turnover hurt them a ton, but to be fair: Curry has been making that pass all season long that year. And I blame Kerr for not calling a timeout after Kyrie hit that 3. There was like 50 second left in the game and the Warriors were down by 3. You mean to tell me the greatest offensive team in the history on the NBA doesn't have 2-3 inbounds plays they can run to get a quick basket and get the game down to 1 point with maybe 35 seconds left?

LeBron had big numbers in the finals before that, and the finals before that, and before that etc. He also essentially coasted until the playoffs. so yea. Not surprising there.

Kyrie's game 5 was the greatest game of his career up to that point, sure. The 2 games after that he shot 17-41, 4 assists vs. 5 TO.

Tristan avg's 11 boards per 36. If you play him 44 mins he's gonna pull down lots of rebounds. Even then, he only had a whopping 3 rebounds in game 7.

JR was their #1 3 point shooter. 2-8 from deep in G7, only 2 attempts in G5.

Cleveland was far from perfect man.

lebron out there over reacting to dray's alleged kick. my mane dray can't control how his body reacts. it's a normal motion to him. league out there conspiring as always.

with that said, w's definitely upgraded this season. going to be hard to see them get beat in a series.
both w's and cavs should sleepwalk into the finals

That Draymond Green suspension hurt the most. I didn't think him being out would change the complexion of the series, but it def. did. Props to the Cavs for getting it done though. They still had to go out and execute.

I still think Steve Kerr needed to call that timeout after Kyrie hit that 3 to take the lead.

The Cavs will sleepwalk into the Finals. Warriors still have to go through either the Spurs, Clippers and the Grizzles.
