Is Baby that washed that he can't sign with any team? Or is his weight issues holding him back.

Still feel like he could contribute with limited minutes.

That Austin Rivers only in the league and getting paid cause of his daddy thing is so played out.

It's not a lie though. Doc saved his son.
Except...it is a lie.

He was exceptionally / historically bad in his earlier years with NO but there's plenty of lotto picks who started their careers off bad and still got opportunities after their rookie deals were finished.

He was a lotto pick at like 22 years old. Anthony Bennet was still getting deals before he got out of the league too.

He was on his way out of the league before his pops threw him a lifeline. C'mon man.

Really?

We're going to sit here and act like young lottery level talent don't get a plethora of opportunities? His rookie deal wasn't even finished

This would be right if his rookie deal was finished and he had no suitors.

Who else was interested in him besides Doc though?

I agree with this but again, don't pretend like Austin has been the only Lotto pick who hasn't gotten a plethora of chances. His rookie year deal wasn't even finished.

I've said plenty of times that I felt Austin was on his way out of the league. He was historically bad as a rookie and didn't get that much better.

At the same time though, to say a 21, 22 year old Lotto pick was "saved by his dad" is a stretch. The Clippers took a gamble on essentially a buy low young guy and it paid off.

Austin earned his stripes but Doc was the only one that gave him the opportunity, it saved his career.

After watching that video, seems like Doc & Austin barely have any kind of a relationship, kinda sad.

Didn't doc give big baby his money too tho? Bruh always was a clown. All this chatty pattying aint gona help him find his way back to the league
