Steph Curry unchained = Arguably the most entertaining player ever
facts. For me he's easily the player not on my favorite team that I've enjoyed watching the most. He shouldn't be so dominate in the nba. Not very athletic, not big just all skills. Love steph.

can i ask a srs question? Why so much hate on Steph? Like i truly dont get it. He can put up numbers like crazy whenever he wants break records be mvp win in the finals but yet everyone hates him? Is it cuz he corny? Like i dont get it. What else does he have to prove to actually get respect?

They hate him because of things things such as...

LeBron being great his whole career. Then Curry has a better season and folks immediately said Curry > LeBron now.

Then I say Wall better this season but he can't be better then Curry because of what he did before.

Do you see the hypocrisy?

I say Walls the better assist man and defender. Better all around player. Then I'm told but Wall will never be the scorer Curry is and Steph had two seasons where he proved he could pass on Walls level.

You know who else that argument works against? Magic Johnson. Curry can come close to Magic in passing but Magic has never been what Curry is offensively. Nobody will say Curry > Magic though.

Do you see the hypocrisy?

i dont even be in here often like some of yall but man im tired of seeing wall this wall that. Its every post i read when i get a break from work lol

please don't nobody engage this *****'s bull**** today.

please.

There's nothing for anyone to say. My post above shows the flaws and hypocrisy of the pro Curry crowd. Took him only 1 season to surpass LeBron on NT. Until Bron dunked on him and escorted him out of the Finals last season.

I'm not gonna go back and forth today. My last two days shows the difference between this thread and its rival. I make one hot take and in the words of @Antidope it's the worse week ever. Everyone is so on edge over here. I'm surprised nobody noticed what I was doing.

I can see that pov..
NFL thread is more chill in general. And people get along better.
We have a lot of complainers in the nba thread. Is what it is.

while I do disagree with what you said I can see why it would make you not like a certain player. I hated lebron for a long time because of the hes better than jordan and kobe crap from younger players, but not i respect this game because he proved himself as the best player. I think Steph is an amazing player and while he may lack in some areas he more than makes it up in others which makes him an all around player in my mind. But I respect you actually having a reason to not like him.

I literally kept pushing yesterday because I knew how it would play out. Once Anti said worst week ever I died laughing but knew I had to let it go. The inside joke ran its course.

Real talk I don't dislike homie at all. He's a God offensively. Basketball fans should appreciate watching him play. Never seen nothing like him.

Ran its course?

You finally sobered up is more like it.

I get why ppl are so entertained by Curry, but it's old to me now. I'd still rather watch peak Bron, Kobe, MJ of course, and even KD still

OKC has Memphis tonight, this is going to be bad.

Good thing it's a 10 game slate, help ease the pain.

Memphis on one of those hot streaks too. Surprise the line is only 1.5 and Memphis isn't favored.

Per Synergy, only three players are in the top 25 in shooting efficiency both for shots off the dribble and catch and shoot: Louis Williams, Kyle Korver, and Mike Conley. And considering that Conley's role is much more complex than either Williams' (pure scorer extraordinaire on a bad team) or Korver's (just hit all those open shots LeBron gets you), Conley's showing is especially impressive.

Is this worse than the Conley iso stat? @erupt107th I need someone to check how many of these shots are taken :lol

Idk anything about baseball but being a catcher is hard? What's hard about it?

- The wear & tear on your knees
- Need to know the strengths & weaknesses of the pitcher you're catching for & the batter at the plate. Veteran pitchers can kinda call their own game at times but young pitchers rely on their catcher to tell them what pitch to throw & where to throw it.
Not only the wear and tear on your knees, but also betting hit by the back swing and foul balls. Catchers take a beating.

Let me also add:
- Being in charge of the defense (because he is the only position on the field that can see everybody).
- Being in charge of limiting the running game (part of it is also the pitcher's responsibility).
- Pitch framing.

Schroder's swagger was not exactly appreciated by his German basketball coaches. He showed up at his first organized basketball practice in skinny jeans, a windbreaker and Vans.
