--Introvert -- Ask his Oregon teammates. Oh no he's quiet with the media. Why do all of the coaches and GMs rave after his interviews?

--Has never huddled -- Aaron Rodgers was in shotgun almost 90% of last season. Other teams are moving to a faster, hurry-up offense.

--Best strength is his running -- lol

--Not very accurate -- Needs refinement and work on getting the ball into tight windows. Wouldn't classify that as 'not very accurate'

--Shaky at best deep ball -- At best? Nah. His arm strength is fine.

--Needs to go to a team that will have a system built around his skillset -- Welcome to almost every QB in the NFL. Would Andy Dalton be successful on the Packers? Peyton Manning on Seattle? Drew Brees in New England?

There isn't a single person who thinks Mariota isn't without flaws. Is he a surefire Andrew Luck/Peyton Manning? No. Is he even as sure as Jameis? Nope. But man... we have guys like Jake Locker, Mark Sanchez, Brian Hoyer, and Ryan Fitzpatrick starting in the NFL. Andy Dalton just got paid like $90 million and the guy simply isn't that good. Alex Smith sucked *** for the first half of his career. Kaep is still learning to read defenses.

Few guys are going to come out of college and light the league on fire. Picking on **** like 'introversion' is just funny to me... especially when all of his teammates LOVED him. Isn't that what matters in football?

Heard Rick Neuheisel yesterday and he likes Mariota in the NFL. Says a team needing a quarterback shouldn't just be willing to draft Mariota and make him a project, but draft an entire offensive system that will help Mariota thrive. Basically, a team needs to change their offense to fit Mariota. I think a lot of coaches would be willing to do that, but the other half try and mold a quarterback to fit their ideal offense. That usually hurts quarterbacks like MM. We'll see.

Honestly, hat's what hurts a lot of guys when the come into the NFL. Coaches who are hell bent on 'their system' and not willing to change and tweak as necessary. It's one of the reasons why I love what BB does up in NE -- the offense is constantly evolving due to the personnel. From running heavy to Moss to the TEs to hurry up to dink and dunk, he makes it work. Same goes for McCarthy, Payton, and others. Good coaching is just as important as good play.

Literally the only thing that Mariota and Kaepernick have in common is skin complexion and that they're both fast.

Yes, there's plenty of guys starting and getting paid a crap ton that shouldn't be...all I'm saying is it gets annoying seeing some of you year after year get all pissed off whenever anybody points out obvious flaws of certain quarterbacks or players in general.

Got zero problem talking about football flaws. Bring up videos, tape, and pictures.
