Not sure why I ever doubted Carson and picked up Bortles. Bortles being dropped immediately. Not sure who I'm going to pick up but he's wastes space.

Also need Hopkins to have a 16point PPR game. basically 1 touchdown and some decent yardage

Huh? You mean dropping Palmer keeping Bortles right?

And you should see close to 16 for Hopkins, if not more.

Palmer is definitely ahead of Bortles. Palmer outscored him going into the 3rd and I'm pretty sure he hasn't had a game under 20 points. 
 
i'd keep Palmer & Bortles.

always good to have insurance especially with playoffs coming up
