Eh "old school" guy. Really only 2 years D1 collegiate s&c experience. Does a lot of boxing conditioning stuff to change things up with the players.
John Thomas is his 2nd man in charge and he was part of that UGA strength staff that had 20+ ACL tears in abt 3 years so yea.....

Would do anything for Shoop to not go to that school to the east. Such a good coordinator. Struggles against mobile qbs, but there aren't really any good ones in the SEC East.
