Why do yall hate dude so much?

You would think he was plotting to ruin your music experience by being successful.

I can only respect an underground rap act that managed to make it to where they are now.

I don't hate him at all, I just think his music isn't good and that he's gimmicky. I've heard his earlier music and wasn't like it is now. I don't like the vested interest in making him the face of rap. I'm not mad at his success I'd like to see him do well but not if it means Kendrick gotta get shafted when it's obvious who's more important to the culture

Ok, legit grievance. His early work sound wise is nothing like it is now but as far as gimmicks, he's had the same message for the most part. He don't seem fake.

Also, I honestly don't think Kendrick would've won if Macklemore didn't exist right now. Would've went to Ye or somebody else.

This whole important to our culture thing is a reach. The Grammy's aint important to the culture. Kendrick out here winning would be nice but I'd be surprised he's nominated again.
