There's obviously a disconnect... not many (if any) are saying the Wiz will challenge for home court and make a deep playoff run. But they were a solid team in the East with Wall back... it's not a stretch to have them getting into the playoffs with close to .500 basketball.

It seems like your argument is "you all are idiots, they're only going to get 34 wins this season"

Meanwhile a lot of people are saying "they'll be a decent team and possibly get the 8th seed with 38 wins"

We're not too far off.

This is what people don't seem to grasp. The Raptors, Pistons, Cavs and even Bobcats and Magic will all be significantly better than last year. The Wizards only offseason additions to a 29 win team were Eric Maynor and Otto Porter.

I still think the Celtics will be a playoff team with a healthy Rondo, Jeff Green and Avery Bradley. The Bucks won't be terrible either after all their offseason additions

38 wins ain't gonna get you in the playoffs again this year.

Overrated... probably DRose. Dudes on here swearing he's top 3 player in the league and the savior of Chicago. Yesterday I read a comment on youtube that said he was going to lead Chicago to 6 more rings

He's solid, but Rose=Westbrook. NOBODY is saying that about Westbrook.

Underrated? Definitely Dennis Johnson. RIP.
