Nah I am saying that the Wizards felt like they should have paid Wall that money because they want him to be the face of their franchise.

While in a vacuum he might be overpaid, when you factor in all considerations, he got what he was "worth."

Remember worth is whatever someone is willing to give you.

Pekovic Seeks $15M Annual Contract

Flip Saunders met with Nikola Pekovic's agent, Jeff Schwartz, last week as they continue to discuss a four-year contract.

Schwartz also represents Kevin Love.

The Wolves have a four-year, $48 million contract on the table to Pekovic, but a source said he is seeking an annual salary approaching $15 million per season.

Pekovic could sign the $6 million qualifying offer to become an unrestricted free agent next summer.

And while I agree with your last 2 points I still disagree with you saying you can't say A > B because you may have a paid a lil more money. What you have may be flat out better than what I have and you paid accordingly to keep it around.

The big issue is how much more he can improve considering he's already 27 (28 in January). That and he seems to miss a lot of games.

I don't know if you dudes have actually taken a glance at the Wizards roster for yourselves. Outside of that starting lineup, which isn't that great to begin with, the other best players on their roster are Eric Maynor, Chris Singleton, Trevor Booker and Kevin Seraphin.
