megatron , dez , and demaryius are in my opinion the 3 best wr's in the game. ( fitz 4th )shady is top 3 rb but even though megatron is banged up you usually have less chance of injury and longer years in the league as wr. plus there is always a moreno in later rounds.Would you say if I made that trade and I have Calvin as a keeper instead of McCoy it's a big downgrade though? I've just always been more keen on keeping RB's over receivers since most of all the good RB's are already kept before the draft begins.
But I mean...this is Megatron we're talking about.
My team right now is
QB Newton/RG3
RB Spiller, Morris, Mcgahee
WR Megatron, Dez Bryant, Cobb , Jeffrey, Marlon Brown
TE Josh Reed
DEF. KC
K Prater
Obviously thin at RB, but the way flex plays have been dominated by WR i think im fine, other than Cobb being out...
I typed all that because im thinking of packaging Cam for Lamar Miller, and Antonio brown or RG3 and Jeffrey for Miller and Brown...
Do i do it?
valid points, but id also consider the ages of the players in question. mccoy is way younger than calvin. true the odds of rb getting injured are higher than that of a rb, but its football. it can happen to anyone at any time. Dez is on the verge of overtaking calvin as the best WR in the game this year. I still think calvin is a top 3 WR, but there are some young guys that are really producing ( aj green, josh gordon, and i guess blackmon). now im not saying those guys are better, im just saying the young guys are coming.

How bad is the Cobb injury? I offered a trade last week of Stevie Johnson and Lamar Miller for his Randall Cobb and McFadden. I forgot the offer was still open for him to accept and he jumped on it. Is it worth keeping or should I try getting everyone to veto?
he's gonna be out 6-8 weeksHow bad is the Cobb injury? I offered a trade last week of Stevie Johnson and Lamar Miller for his Randall Cobb and McFadden. I forgot the offer was still open for him to accept and he jumped on it. Is it worth keeping or should I try getting everyone to veto?
Word is Cobb may miss 2 weeks.
Welp. Yea... 6-8 weeks it is with that fibula.I heard that he broke his entire fibula. I don't what that means though. Some say he can come back in two weeks. A doctor says it takes 6-8 weeks. Even if he does come back on 2 weeks, is it going to be a nagging injury all season?Word is Cobb may miss 2 weeks.
Down by 17.00
He has D.Woodhead & R. Wayne
I have:
A. Gates
T. Hilton
C. Fleener
Which two should I put in? I'm thinking gates & hilton. Second opinion?
What's the deal with Calvin's knee though? It hasn't sounded good to me...they said his knee was real sore after the game yesterday.
how would Wayne lose you points? srs
i am not in any keeper leagues myself and you make very good points. the only thing with the younger guys you mentioned is the guy throwing the ball to them. shaky at best. now if the jags get bridgewater it will be very interesting. i hope blackmon keeps his head on straight and they keep chucking the ball to him cause i have him everywhere. without shorts is going to hurt cause they can now key on him without fearing anyone else. got me little worried but garbage time points will keep coming .

Ive never played in a football keeper/dynasty league so i really dont know how to go about it, but i think you have to keep the player who has produced at or higher than his draft value.
