We have to get rid of Sanchez while he has some value left, guy is just way too inconsistent and doesnt seem like he will ever get his control down pat. Could help us get a bat we need and I think it is worth it because Ill take a Zito as a #5 anyday as long as he throws strikes and gives us 5-6 good innings a start which i think he is capable of doing still. Thoughts?

he shouldn't be the #2 SP. Sanchez has lost his confidence ever since the Philadelphia series in last years playoffs. He was nasty during the braves series tho (no hitter thru 6 innings). He's hit or miss (mostly miss).
