The street signs say Walnut Park...

Hopefully we'll be somewhere permanent by my birthday in August, rightnow in the hood with my moms side of the family

They are probably saving them for a tix promotion in the near future.   
I remember seeing the Valenzuela, Garvey, and Cey bobbleheads at the Stadium store, years after the giveaway.    Of course, that was way before the reselling craze like nowadays.
