Why not fine Terry each time he does the JET celebration?

Why not just fine anyone who ever celebrates after a shot?

Fines should be based on player salary.

If you fine a man who makes 1 million a year 25,000, compared to someone who makes 20 million a year...

25,000 is steep for a dude like Eddie House.
