OFFICIAL 2010-2011 NBA PLAYOFFS THREAD : VOL. MOST. ANTICIPATED. PLAYOFFS. EVER?

See. Lose to the Kings, lose to the Suns... momentum gone.

Thunder and Lakers this week. Lose those, too, it's back to rolling downhill, nobody remembers the win streak and the Hornets are at the backend of the playoffs.

That's interesting. Not sure if this works in the Knicks favor or not.
It probably works in their favor.  Melo wants out of Denver mainly because the front office is full of idiots that got rid of the most competent GM the organization has ever had.  Mark W had to work with Stan's extreme cost cutting the last couple of seasons and IMO if Stan hadn't let his son and the Nigerian take over, Melo would want to stay more than he does now.

That's about every other game from here on out where they're going to be facing a team that will go all-in to beat them.

While teams like San Antonio, New Orleans, and Dallas all have had their rough schedule already. In comparison, Dallas has Utah twice, Denver twice, New York, Boston, New York, New Orleans twice, San Antonio, and Lakers twice.

San Antonio has Lakers three times, Bulls, OKC, Denver, Miami twice, Dallas, Boston, ATL, and Utah. (They probably have the easiest February schedule too, OKC, Bulls, and Lakers are all tough games, and they'll be on the road from the 1st to the 17th, but they play Portland, Sacramento, Detroit, Toronto, Philly, Washington, New Jersey twice, and Memphis.

NOH has OKC, Lakers twice, Bulls twice, Magic, Knicks, Dallas twice, Denver, Boston, Utah twice.

Lakers definitely have to keep with their schedule and keep good positioning, AND keep their bigs healthy.

Excellent point. See, the thing this, The lakeshow have dropped quite a few games that they weren't supposed to early on which might have took the places of some of these future losses that will occur(Presumable)

Will be real interesting to see what seed the lakers have in the playoffs and how they end the year, as the schedule isn't in their favor, they haven't proven to be particularly deft against the League's best, and barring some type of change, the Lakers probably wont have home court past the second round of the playoffs. (If that)

"I was talking to my teammate and he decided he wanted to put his 2 cents into it. I'm a quiet guy, a laid-back guy, but I'm not going to let nobody talk trash to me. He's on a good team now, so he thinks he can talk a little bit," Durant said.

I'm no punk. I wasn't even talking to him, first off. He decided to butt in and I'm not going to just let that slide, especially in our house.
