Not very good unless your No. 1 is LT. Even then...

Brandon Marshall against Buffalo, or Patrick Crayton against the Giants?
Crayton because the G-Men have a weak secondary.
I definitely loved the opener. Had Addai, Harrison and Wayne in various leagues. That couldn't have gone much better.

Besides that should I start Greg Jennings or Crayton This week? Im leaning to Jennings
That would be a mistake. Jennings missed practice Friday after leaving practice on Thursday.

You've got your team in the right order. I'm in a similar spot as you, thinking about playing the Vikings, but I'd stick with your strong defense.

Should I start 2 QB's, 2 RB's, 2 WR's, 1 K, 1 DEF, and no TE?
Your league makes you pick between a kicker, defense or tight end? I'm confused.

is it a good idea to start harrison and wayne on a week to week basis?
Do you actually think it matters if these two guys are on the same team? You're talking about two top 10 receivers. How would this be a bad idea? (Short answer: no, it's not a bad idea. It's what they call a "good" idea.)
And asking "Is it a good idea to pick up Patrick Crayton?" is all relative. Who are your wideouts, how deep is your league. It all depends on the makeup of your roster. I've got a team with Owens, Wayne, R. Brown, Stallworth, Chambers, Kennison, C. Henry. Do I need Crayton? Probably not. I've got another team with Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Joey Galloway, Drew Bennett and one other lesser guy -- now on that team I'd gladly take Crayton. See what I'm saying?
