what i'm sayinnnn

As much as I like grant. He's hella careless at times. The moment I tuned to the BK game he turned it over as soon as he crossed half court smh. He either really lacks confidence or idk. He's hella flakey.
He actually seems to have gotten worse or at least not improve since the Fish firing.

I was high on him, liked what he showed early in the season but I wouldn't even call his poor play hitting the rookie wall. Lack of confidence really seems to be it. Dozens of times he should've shot the ball and didn't, passed and put someone in a poor situation with the shot clock getting to zero. His decision making seems off and it's like after making one mistake it sticks in his head and he just makes more trying to play overly cautious :smh:

Frustrating to watch at times.
I think the question this team now has to answer is, can Melo fit with Jimmer?

I think Phil really needs to consider in order to rescue this season and make a playoff push to waive Melo. And make way for Jimsanity.

I really like our core of Melo, KP & Lopez.

If we can get a consistent 2 guard to take some scoring pressure off Carmelo and a PG to run the show, slash, keep defenses honest and help shore up our terrible perimeter defense...we'll be alright.

Batum would be a really good fit here. Almost max salary worthy.

We'd be ridiculously long and athletic and an instant matchup nightmare for the majority of rosters in the L.

Batum has played mostly SG this year, besides the few weeks MKG was able to play. He's back to SF for the season thanks to the Lee trade.

thats what i've been thinking this entire season. we're 2 guards away from a top 4 seed. i want some young talent this offseason. i dont want to sign any more guys in their late 20s. we need young guys that can be knicks for years to come.
