So far besides drafting KP Phil has failed. Across the board from his FA signings, his trades, & especially his hiring of coach Fisher.

i wouldn't go that far. i think a lot of it stems from fisher trying to do too much with certain players. he's not allowing the ones with strong potential to develop and the ones with the large contracts - can't keep them on the bench
