Looks good..Did a switch to my offwhite 2s and turned the midsole to a sail color personally I love it
You lost the translucency, but you gave the shoe, in my opinion, much needed contrast.Did a switch to my offwhite 2s and turned the midsole to a sail color personally I love it

I just prepped the midsoles with acetone, used a adhesive promoter, and some vanilla paint from angelus did like a good 10 coats of paint under a grey base layer. I wore them Saturday and thank god there was no cracking or scuffs. I do plan on getting a dye pen from fox on Instagram to fill in the cracks of the midsole to give it a more aged and defined lookClean
Been wanting to do the same with some pairs. Which method did you do? Watched a few vids about it, not sure which is the best one
I would love to have a pair of 5s but I’m too worried about durability of the shoe. It looks too fragile to pay the asking price.
I don’t think most people would use these as every day sneakers. If I’m paying 800-1000 dollars they should hold up that they could be.The 5’s will hold up but the foam around the ankle and tongue will get damaged from every day wear.
Triggered!
That is definitely not my definition of holding up. I can’t imagine paying premium for these…honestly not even retail if they are literally falling apart.I mean if the ankle and the tongue is getting damaged, is that really "holding up"?
