I got a pair of UNC's and always wanted to add the chi's. That SNKRS shock drop was crazy for the UNC (J23 ftw btw). I did purchase chi's couple years back for 4.5 through goat but they ended up being fake. Glad they at least caught it but yea, probably not buying at the current prices. Think I see around 6ish range

That UNC release was the BEST thing Nike ever did. Too bad that was the only and last time.

the prestos dropped after the UNC was also a shock drop, as well as the serena's. And they also did a few location based "shock drop" for blue OW AF1 and the lemon OW AF1

Location based drops benefited the spoofers. And if I recall correctly, serenas dropped but there was an issue with apple phones so mostly android users cooked.

serenas was a shock drop "image scratch" release if I remembered correctly, but it was glitchy for most iphone users where the image wouldn't scratch or just errors trying to checkout, androids did fine tho. The MCA blue AF1 was location based "shock dropped" and so were the lemonades but because everyone knows how to spoof nowadays that even with spoofing it was super hard, it almost felt like everyone was trying like it was a regular release. The black OW prestos did a shock drop I think like later in the day of release date or the day after.

The 2s are heavy for sure, premium leather. Means they will last though!

My OW black 5s, the fraying is real! Compared to my ds pair, just saying. Still so comfortable and one of my top 5 shoes.

Fraying is an issue. All that foam will be an issue too. The exposed foam will start to rip or tear over time; if you’re not careful. These OW5s need a lot of TLC; if you want to keep them in good condition.

And the OW2s are literal bricks. Aside from being heavy, it’s a low. I can’t imagine buying them. I’ll just stick to the regular Chicago 2s.

I shoved my foot into my 5 one time and noticed a little bit of foam got taken off in the back area. Not super noticeable when wearing, but I know it's there upon close inspection. It's just such a pain to loosen the laces and readjust the lace lock

Half pound difference. You can feel it if you switch shoes but it’s not a big deal. You buy them for the look not to go set a new PR in a 5k

the 2’s are generally not heavy, but the OW version definitely got beefed up lol. Don’t mind me, I was bored but If y’all wanna see the weight difference between the ow 2 and amm 3 and few others. All the same size
