If those are fakes then they are really, really good. I am no expert, just comparing to mine and the only thing that looks off to me is the circle on the inside flap. With the pair I pulled, the circle is not that dark/pronounced but I'm not sure if that means anything.
edit - I think the texture of my insole looks little different too and the trademarks on mine look a little sharper. But hard to tell from your photo.

Ok thanks all I needed to know. Yeah exactly what I thought. He had them on OFFER UP and from his other items I'd say he got real stuff. One pair of Serena off whites asking 800. And then also sold a few pair of js nothing super rare. And is verified with 48 sales all good. But still you never know.
