theLwerd: thanx homie. jacket's from some spot in my local mall, i really can't remember the name now, bought it a year or two ago. i take it you mean red laces in the gucci's? naw, not into 'em at all, way prefer the black. in fact i don't even like the shoes much when i see people post 'em with red laces for some reason.
King Sole: thanx yo, it was a dream come true really, he's prolly my fav rapper. got a chance to chill with him and chop it up too, which was mad cool. he would ask my opinion on the transitions between songs when him and his dj were going thru the setlist... i actually had instrumentals his dj didn't have so i hooked them up. he gave me another drop for my mixtapes, said something about ric flair robes or something, LOL! i've met this dude like 4 times now and always forget to have him sign my cuban linx vinyl. i've had raekwon sign it, but since ghost was guest starring on the whole album i need his too i guess... was dope to get out of the club for a second and do a real hip hop show tho. i played so much sick, raw, uncut hip hop, everything from company flow, to rakim, lord finesse, biggie, bootcamp, pete rock, pun, nas, gangstarr, odb, gza... "what we do" by jay & free and "ante up" got the place going nuts tho. as did dirty's "brooklyn zoo"... i coulda pulled the fader down the whole song and the crowd woulda sang the whole song word for word. got a crazy crowd reaction during my scratch routines and stuff too, which felt good, cuz in the club i don't even cut much, the crowd usually ain't trying to hear it really. all in all it was crazy fun tho.
