Correct, not at present time if that’s all it is. But he could power move to say I’m not voting X or Y until I’m out into this position. Then he holds up the sale.
Or what he could do, he could put pending sale he needs to become an employee and name his position. Based on the sale being hung up on his employment then it’s possible he takes over creative/ceo or whatever position.
Or he could just be on the board, collect options and percent stake, sell and make an absolute butt load of money. This is wild to watch play out.
