No rules to judging or drafting, that's part of the whole experience. Of course it'll lead to countless arguments of "X was better than Y in their primes, but Y was better overall" and so on.
For example, I valued longevity when I picked Duncan over Bird. Duncan has 500 more games and over 11,000 more minutes than Bird. Now some might not pay as much attention to longevity and prefer a guy who was dominant over a shorter period of time but was plagued with injuries later on in their career.
That pick makes sense in both ways anyway though.
Bird peak and Duncan's peak are pretty similar in quality of play but Duncan definitely did it over a longer period.
