Worked in food for 4 years, two different stores, managers at both
-Wouldn't recommend the use of most bathrooms especially if the staff seems rude. Ain't no one trying to waste their time to clean a bathroom there not gonna use.
-Most people lie to the customer, only trying to get you outta the store
-What happens in the fridge, stays in the fridge
-No food quality from what I've seen is good, I'll always stay away from Chicken unless at a fancy restaurant or higher class establishment or I know the people working and say it's good
-If you complain, your gonna have a bad time, food might take longer to make etc etc.. never seen anything like people spitting or dropping food on the ground, but obviously have heard stories
-Employees dont care about you and your problems
-If your food is to go, and it is screwed up, it's not being remade. If your staying to eat, its a different story
-You don't like the prices, leave
-If people are in a rush to prep anything, they won't throw on gloves
-People again lie all the time
-If there is a line of people to the door, anything will be done to get everyone out. No one likes lines and employees get aggravated
-People use old food all the time.... if the place looks dirty, leave
I've been in my fair share of cursing matches, been cursed out, seen employees curse at people, seen people pretty much f*ck on the clock....
Food industry will drive the normal person insane
Be respectful, don't ask stupid questions, know what you want before you order and pray it isn't messed up
One was a store my uncle ran, and the other was a franchise that some people especially east coaster's would know.
