NTers who are familiar with real estate or have some knowledge on it, can I have 40sec of your time?

1.  That is a rental property.  Click "more property detail (sic)".

2.  Be aware that by buying a property you also become the owner of any back taxes or unpaid assessments.  You can find lots of properties for steals that come with tens of thousands of dollars of debt attached to them.  Do your homework.  I'm all for doing things for yourself, but it's probably advisable to attach yourself to someone who has been through the process once or twice before jumping in with both feet.
