There's no paddles because it's a manual, but that is definitely an M3. You can faintly see the shift knob at 0:33. As for the shift at 0:10, his right hand isn't in view and you can see his body slightly contort in that motion...That is a M3. Look at the mirrors (only M's have an oval shaped mirror) and instrument cluster (grey background)....
There's no paddle shifters and his arms/hands are still visible during an upshift around 10 seconds.
