its true. I know some dudes who do. Like if we're at school and chillin in the hallway some guys be quick to point at the fine women of other races but when a cute or fine black chick walk by they don't say anything. I sit there like "what the hell?" lol

In many cases, yes.  Bear in mind though that on NT you have a lot of people who aren't exactly social butterflies so they wouldn't have the slightest idea of what to talk about with someone who isn't just like them.
