I got the same specs, except mine is a 47" LG, and I paid $747 last black friday.
LG is a good choice.

120 Hz is best for games right? buying it for madden/MW2 and FF13..

Well an LCD in general is recommended for games, you don't necessarily need the 120hz, you'll be just as good with 60hz, if you're gonna use it for video games.
120hz would be beneficial if you're watching something live or Blu Ray movie.
