I'm not even high on LG, but after a quick look over of the specs, I say go with the LG. Response time is twice as fast (but we are only talking 2.5 milliseconds, so take the info how you want), the life span is estimated at 10,000 hours longer, the contrast ratio is 15k (Vizio) to 100k (LG). And it's larger.



And it's not a Vizio.

Well an LCD in general is recommended for games, you don't necessarily need the 120hz, you'll be just as good with 60hz, if you're gonna use it for video games.

120hz would be beneficial if you're watching something live or Blu Ray movie.
