NT what do you guys do for energy?

I noticed that working out in the morning gives me more energy throughout the day. I also take vitamin b12. It helps with the production of red blood cells, which helps with the use of iron that wil reduce fatigue.

You said you eat healthy but then mentioned Subway. I dont think you know what the definition of eating healthy truly is

Sadly, neither do most humans
 
It will take a while for your body to get use to it but eating fruit doing your daily diet is the way to go. It seems like u looking for a quick fix tho.
