NT, What Beer Do You Drink?

400

Grabbed a 4 pack. Glad to get this out of the way

Just as I said I wasn't gonna buy another beer, Enjoy By 4.20.14 arrives on Long Island. :{

Not gonna front: probably gonna buy a bottle after I get out of clinical, drink it while I study, and not drink anything else for the rest of the week.

Had my bottle friday night while watching American Hustle. It was delicious. Strong though. 9.4% ABV I think.

PS, I have your Sucaba '13 & '14 bubble wrapped and packaged up. Just have to get to UPS.

I dont think I'm going to stop. Picked up another Speedway Stout, two Enjoy By's, and a bottle of Macallan 12 so far this past week.

And Parabola coming next week too? Consider it copped as well.

Guys...my name is tee eye ehm, and I'm an alcoholic :lol :{

Hey, at least you're being honest haha. I don't think I'll be buying anything new anytime soon. I have a few trades coming in that should hold me over for a while.

KBS was about it for me. But with golf right around the corner I would imagine a steady diet of Miller Lite with my father is in my future.

The homie from Cali sent me a package of some of his favorites. I've had lots of Hopslam but none of the others. Far left is one of his home brews. Looking forward to these!

It felt like just yesterday that Stone RIS came out.. I dont think I ever had any that fresh. I definitely loved the flavors even just 4-8 months past bottled date. My local place just got some. :{. I'll do my best to wait 4-5 months (this stuff tends to sit more than anything else)

I'm gonna finish off my last enjoy by 4-20 tonight. It's so so good though comparison ford. I dont think you or I would stop from buying it again.. You need to sign off the internet and any beer shop email lists if you want to quit.. Enjoy BY is the beer that gets you back IN.. You need to find some swill skunked beer to throw you off the wagon.

The wait for parabola is killing me. I was tempted to drive up to LA county to get some. GF talked me out of it. OC should be getting it tomorrow or Thursday. Keeping my fingers crossed

Picked up Namaste this past weekend with my girl. I love it. Perfect for slightly warm weather. It's got that warm taste that white ales usually have, somewhat similar to wine. Very easy and refreshing

I keep checking the FW website. All over Montebello, Pico, Whittier, etc. Nothing in the South Bay yet. And my spot hasn't texted me yet that they got it.

Newport got in bourbon county coffee stout and my gf is complaining about how much we need to get done for the move. She's right but I just want to drive down there and pick some up. 1st world problems.

Guess they haven't hit my area yet. I frequent several spots and no luck. Hopefully soon.

Newport got in bourbon county coffee stout .

Is that a restock from the November bottling? I gotta say its good, but agree with a few others, it's losing its luster and coffee appeal fast (almost 4 months past its bottling date).

Couldn't get my hands on one. It was the November release. I agree coffee and fruit notes fall off really fast in beers.

Man! .... there is so much good beer in here to try ... loving the description on the texture n flavors too :smokin

Sampled a flight of a few barleywines I hadn't tried.

Firestone Walker  Helldorado & Stickee Monkee (both part of the 17th anniversary blend)

Deschutes Mirror Mirror

Almanac Heirloom pumpkin barleywine

All were really good but the Firestone beers are a step above the other two, particularly the Stickee Monkee.

^I enjoyed Palate Wrecker, like Green Flash product in general

Just cracked a Stone *****, it's fantastic
