NT, What are your sore throat remedies?

I have the worst sore throat of my life. Took vitamins, lots of water, cough drops. It is not helping.
What are your guys' remedies?

Take an z cup. Half of it with previously boiled water but now at room temperature. Squeeze half a lemon in. And put like 4 table spoons of honey. Drink it.

go to sleep on time
work up a sweet/bundle up and sweet in your sleep
take some nyquil/dayquil
take a chill pill(no pun intended)

I buy the cheapest mouthwash in the store and gargle with that - try and gargle it deep too. Seems to kill a lot of the bugs and make otto away quicker.
