hard as it is, i am tryin to stay away from them parlays now. maybe a 2 teamer here and there, but damn... i just dont have the skills lke the rest o yall who are hittin 3-4-5 teamers on the regular. gotta just find the 1 game i like and hit it hard. no more spreadin the money around and hopin somethin hits.
 
Yea Eagles at -3 +105 seems like a great play...

Think im gonna borrow that Teaser from you Mojo but substitute Cincy w the Jets at +12
 
I don't even go near parlays, teasers or any of those exotics. Straight up for me. I like TB +2.5 and E. Mich. +44.
 
HUGE bet on 49ers -1 against the Chiefs this week... Chiefs will not be able to move the ball at all on the 49ers.

Arizona -6.5 Riley is going to get destroyed by our defense and I'm fairly confident that if Nevada can hang 41 then Foles is going to throw alllllll over them.

and Fraj...I'd stay away from the jets this week...Phins are hot and you don't know if week 1 Jets show up or 2nd half week 2 Jets show up...

I love oregon at -10.5, and Arizona. I wouldnt mess with west virginia, LSU has a good defense and if they ever get it going on offense they'll be beasting. I honestly like our chances to cover, everybody is  making a huge deal about ryan mallet and can our defense stop them. We'll pressure him all game with 3 or 4 and drop the rest into coverage like we did last year. Arkansas' O-line looked like butt against georgia. Then i guess everybody forgets about our offense vs. their defense. This is the best offense we've had maybe ever and arkansas gave up 28 points to georgia. So yeah i think we cover

So i decided to open up an account last week to bet NFL games.  Nothing crazy, a couple parlays and straight bets, ended up breaking even.

I read this thread tonight, and you guys go and introduce me to teasers and holy +%$#, that's a whole other ballgame!  I already placed 2 teaser bets thanks to NT

I took the Pitt,Balt and cincy on monday lol and laid heavy on San Fran thanks to BruceWayne

If the chiefs come out and run them I'd be really surprised, arrowhead is tough tho

Same. I really like the Niners in this game, but it feels like one of those betting instances or game instances period, where something just seems funny.

Normally I would agree with you but after seeing all the !*+% that went on the first 2 weeks and the team still played well.

Like I said the Chiefs will not be able to do anything on the 49ers defense and the offense has finally hit its stride.

  
 
i just feel like the steelers defense is going to pull through and win the game....i dont know about the bucs this game

i think jacksonville is a great fade.....the line not moving when vick was announced as a starter was a head scratcher
 
I mean those lines are the ones that seemed to be a lil fishy to me. You cant win em all. Hopefully, I end up on the positive end.

 Well, if it's fishy to me then I usually just stay away. I see those games as going either way and as much as I feel a few of those will hit, If I bet on a select few, it would probably be the wrong ones. I don't like to bet them all hoping a come out ahead.
 
nothing wrong w/ fading....you just have to know what to fade...and lets say the public do win that particular spread, 9 times outta 10 they'll lose the ov/un on that game...

but imo the 2 best fade plays on sunday is dallas +3 and jacksonville +3

but personally ima college football gambler and ima smart enough gambler to stick to what i'm good at....pro football is for fun and not really for a profit just something to do

I'm thinking the Over (44.5) might be a good play for the Phi/Jax game.

I'm liking Dallas right now too.

Note: On sportsbook, the Pats/Bills game moved to -14.5. So glad im in there at -13.
